Language

The official language in Spanish, however many Panamanians speak English.

Coin

The Balboa (B /.) Is equivalent to the US dollar. which circulates freely as legal tender. Most credit cards are accepted.

The estimated population of Panama as of November 3, 2016, totals 4,058, 372 inhabitants.

Weather

The climate of Panama is humid tropical with an average temperature of 29º C, so it is recommended to wear light summer clothes outdoors. In conference rooms, air conditioning is usually regulated at approximately 17ºC.

Religion

The majority of Panamanians are Roman Catholics. However, due to the great diversity of the country, there are numerous churches, temples and synagogues.

Visas

Visitors from all countries must carry their valid passport, air ticket and at least USD $ 500 to enter Panama. Cuban citizens must provide an authorized visa signed by the embassy. We suggest you check visa requirements with the relevant authorities at your location before traveling.

Security

While it is safe to travel in the commercial areas of the City, it is recommended not to wear valuable clothes or large amounts of money, as well as to use the hotel's taxi service.

Hour

The Panama time is the same as the official time of the East of the United States all year

(GMT + 5 hours).

 

Stores and Restaurants

The stores open from 10:00 a.m. at 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and the restaurants of 12:00 m. at 3:00 p.m. for lunch and from 7:00 p.m. at 11:00 p.m. for dinner.

 

Tips

10% of the total account to be paid is recommended.

 

Driver's license

Visitors can drive up to 90 days with a foreign license.

Registration for Participants on site

We will have a registration area inside the Megapolis Convention Center, where pre-registered participants can collect their badge, program and other documents of the event. Those who wish to register may do so by providing proof of payment in the registration area.

 

ID

All attendees to the congress will receive at the time of registration, a badge that accredits them as participants, which must be carried at all times.

 

The program

Those attending the congress are invited to attend all the activities planned in the program.

With more than 200 shopping stores, 5 star hotel, more than 2000 parking lots, a movie theater, large food court among other facilities.

 

This Shopping Mall has the best international and national brands. It also has soccer fields with artificial grass and is roofed, like the whole mall is roofed and has central air conditioning.

The shopping center has 100,000 m2 of commercial space on two floors, with spectacular entertainment areas for the whole family. It has almost all kinds of stores, cinemas, ice skating rink among other facilities. It is roofed with central air conditioning and a good amount of parking.
